Theoddcoders Technologies is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves a range of responsibilities including lead generation, conducting sales calls, visiting clients, performing software demonstrations, and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
  • Establishing sales objectives and devising effective sales strategies.
  • Researching potential leads and generating prospective clients.
  • Engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Preparing and delivering quotes and proposals.
    Guiding the sales process using specialized software tools.
  • Developing and managing a comprehensive CRM database.
  • Attaining monthly sales targets in a consistent manner.
Requirements for the Sales Executive role:
  • A degree in BE or Diploma, relevant to the field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a strong sales aptitude.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Impressive telephone etiquette and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales-oriented software.
  • Effective negotiation capabilities and adept at problem-solving.
