Technical Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Collaboration:

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Laravel, PHP, WordPress, and related technologies.
• Lead by example through hands-on development, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
• Stays updated with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices.

Technical Architecture and Design:

• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design scalable, reliable, and efficient technical solutions.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability.

Code Quality and Best Practices:

Enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines across the team to maintain consistent code quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Technical Team Leader or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, WordPress, and related technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make informed technical decisions and provide sound guidance.
• Experience in project management, including planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
